Household facilities include: washing machine, kitchen and bathroom.

There is a small garden and large covered outside area available for laundry and bicycle storage.

The property is close to shops and employment opportunities.
It is one mile from the town centre with easy access via beachfront.

Local and national transport connections within immediate locality including coaches and trains to London.

Energy bills (gas & electricity) shared between housemates on a monthly basis (typically around £15/week dependant on usage and energy prices).

No additional charges for other utility bills or council tax.

Rent to be paid every 4 weeks.
There is a minimum stay of 16 weeks required and 4 weeks notice to be given before leaving.
Eight weeks rent in advance is required as a first payment.
Four weeks rent will be returned on finishing.
