On street parking available, as well as 4 visitors spaces.

About the flat-
Rooms are fully furnished. Fridge freezer, gas hob and boiler, bath/shower (with newly refurbed floor!), small dining area in the kitchen, toaster and microwave.
Cooking ware is provided. Cutlery and plates can be provided.

Current flatmate-
1 professional who works as a self employed artist.
Super lovely, very sociable and respectful of peoples spaces and belongings. Loves gaming of all kinds, art, festivals, music etc. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you would like to know more!

Flatmate preferences-
Looking for a laid back and social, yet considerate individual. Someone who has lived away from home, eco conscious and wants to be part of a friendly household.
It is a hygienic household, so taking shoes off at the door and strictly no smoking are the two main rules that are being upheld currently.

Will need to provide references of previous tenancies, proof of employment and income.
If you are a student, either an up front payment or a guarantor will be required.
