Clean Spacious double room for rent in a professional household.
We are looking for a working professional or student to share our very clean 3 bedroom house in Charminster.
There are 3 of us that is currently living in the property. Myself and my partner and another house mate.
All bills are included in the weekly rent. The house facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, high speed wifi, use of fully equipped kitchen and bathroom shared with one person.
The house is located within easy access to the train station, bus routes, shops, restaurants and town centre.
There is plenty of parking available in the local area.
