The bedroom (with a door lock) is located on the first floor with a separate lounge with TV on the same floor available for you and the other tenant who is a female. That lounge has a sofabed which you can use occasionally(with prior arrangement) for family and friends.
The shared kitchen has all the latest equipment which you are welcome to use and there is a washing machine available, I even supply washing machine tablets/conditioner/ toilet paper.
The rear garden is south facing and is a real sun trap!.
I live in the property and keep it nice and clean, I have a small cockapoo dog called Molly who is very friendly and loves attention!!
As the other other tenant is female this room would ideally suit a female between 25 and 52.
Altho there’s no off road parking, the roads are quiet and have free parking.
