This is our duplex flat in Alum Chine, which we used to live in ourselves. The flat is let out on a 2 professional tenants sharing basis to ensure each person enjoys substantial living space and comfort (please, refer to the floor plan ‘downstairs tenant’ for the details of the area to let). The rent is inclusive of all bills (water, reasonable use of gas+electricity, broadband and council tax).
The downstairs area to let consists of an ensuite double room AND its own spacious lounge which is ideal for working from home or relaxing after work.
There is a shared kitchen / living room. There is one parking space available on a shared basis with the second tenant. Plenty of on street parking without restrictions is available. Bike storage is also available.
The upstairs area is occupied by a professional lodger. He is an easy going, social guy who works from home and enjoyed outdoor pursuits.
Please, note we will undertake full referencing checks on any interested applicant once a holding deposit of £200 has been paid, which is refundable if you do not pass referencing.
Please, only express interest if you earn £30k per year or more as any less than this will result in the referencing company failing you on affordability grounds - thanks.
Short-term let requests (less than 6 months) will be considered, too.
