There is a shared kitchen / living room. There is one parking space available on a shared basis with the second tenant. Plenty of on street parking without restrictions is available. Bike storage is also available.
The downstairs area is occupied by a professional lodger. She is an easy going, social lady who enjoys traveling and cooking.
Please, note we will undertake full referencing checks on any interested applicant once a holding deposit of £200 has been paid, which is refundable if you do not pass referencing.
