GENERAL RULES: No pets allowed. INDOOR SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. No overnight guests are allowed. Shared housework in common areas and facilities. Quiet time from 22:00hrs. Minimum stay for 6 months (Negotiable, long-term preferred). Termination notice 2 months.

OTHER: Contents insurance is not included. Security deposit amount from 1 month to 5 weeks based on references/individual agreement (Normally 1 month's rent). Payment of security deposit + 1 month's rent is required to start an agreement.
