One kingsized bedrooms available in a detached home in Winton. The house is on the 20/M1/3/3a bus route so there is quick access to Train Station/Hospital/Town Center and buses continue onto Westbourne and Poole, CastlePoint/Hospital.
Previous two lodgers were here for 3+ years each moved in with their partners, one last summer and one at Christmas. Current lodger is a female professional aged 29. We are clean tidy easy going professionals. I’m currently working full time and doing a masters so i’m generally working/studying most of the time. The other lodger works 9-5 Monday-Friday
I used to have 3 dogs but they all passed over the last few years so I’m open to having a lodger with a dog.
The House
The house is on a quiet road with plenty of parking and was completely renovated internally a few years back so benefits from reliable heating & hot water excellent wifi (Fibre 900 MB/s) in the house and garden.
Shops
We are ideally located 5min drive to Castlepoint/ASDA/Sainsbury’s/Train station. The hospital and town centre are a short bus/cycle ride away and we are also close to JP Morgan.
Bedrooms
The room for rent come with a king sized bed, premium memory foam mattress, solid oak furniture, 50” wall mounted TV with access to Netflix (included). Wall to wall fitted wardrobes so lots of storage space, plugs including USB sockets either side of beds. Room benefits from new triple glazing to reduce noise and retain heat.
Bathrooms
You have access to a bathroom with bathtub /shower/toilet/sink and there is a separate bathroom with toilet/sink.
Kitchen
Kitchen is well equipped, you have access to a Fridge & Freezer. Microwave, Neff Double Over, Dualit Coffee Maker & Toaster, 5 Burner Wok Hob, Blender, Dishwasher, plates, pots, pans etc and plenty of storage
Dining Room
Leads off the kitchen and is a large spacious social area with plenty of seating.
Utility
Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are both new for 2025 located in the Utility were there is plenty of space for sorting out your washing, an ironing service is available if you don't like ironing.
Livingroom
Leather sofas, 55" OLED TV, Surround Sound film nights will be a must!
Gardens
We have two private garden areas the rear that leads off the kitchen where we have BBQ’s and a pizza oven for summer evenings and weekends.
The other garden is currently being landscaped but will have a large dining area and corner seating area with fire pit.

The property benefits from CCTV and a parcel deliver box for any packages you order. We also have mains powered & linked fire alarms in the hallways and kitchens as well as smoke alarms in the bedrooms.

About Me
Well done for getting this far! I’ve been with my partner for 16 years she has a place up in the forest but here sometimes. I’ve lived with others since I was 18 and have put a great deal of effort into making the bedrooms nice as well as the rest of the house so people have a home that they can feel is theirs. I work from home and study at the weekends/evening. I love the outdoors and teach Freediving. Also love dogs! I’m looking to share with kind, relaxed people so do get in touch if you would like to know more.
