Double room to rent near Westbourne

My current flat mate is moving to London soon so I am looking for someone to move in. It’s a lovely 2 double bedroom flat, with a spacious living room and a balcony. Its very close to Westbourne and Tesco in branksome and a short walk to the beach. The rent for the room is £350 a month and with bills (council tax, internet, water) the total is £420. This does not include the electric which is pay as you go, but we are given £66 a month vouchers towards by the government. The room is unfurnished but there is a double mattress. The wardrobe and bed frame are not included with the room, but I have a friend with a van who is happy to help pick things up locally from facebook marketplace for you. There is also a communal garden and a car park.
