Double room to rent

FEMALES PREFERRED-I have a furnished large double room for rent with a shared bathroom and living room, it’s a flat which has places to park at the front and also a garage for storage. I live with my daughter whose 2 she stays at her dads every other weekend and twice in the week so won’t always be there and goes to nursery some days. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind being around a child but also someone who likes to socialise as well, I don’t mind if friends come over or partners.
