Cute double room available in a two bedroom house on a quiet street. Double bed is provided however this can be stored if you prefer your own bed. All bills are included, including wifi. The living room has a large 65” flat screen tv, with PS4 & Nintendo Switch. Rent is due on the 1st of each month & first month will be provided up front (if mid month, we would calculate the difference so you aren’t cut short). A £200 deposit is also required.
