Double Room- Quiet house sharing 32F and cat

Double room available sharing with me, female 32, and one cat.

The house is conveniently located just off Ashley road and the main M1/M2 bus routes as well as a short walk from Branksome train station. There is time restricted parking opposite the house or plenty of non restricted parking down the road. You'll also be about a 30min walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Ashley cross and Westbourne.

Ideally looking for a female professional or post grad student of a similar age to me. But open to others. I’m pretty tidy and laid back but this is a quiet and calm home so looking for somebody who also enjoys a quiet home.

I am used to sharing my home, having rented out this room for the last four years and with my last housemate staying for two years, so I am confident I can make right person feel welcome and happy in their new home.

There is no dishwasher unfortunately.
