The house is located about 10 minutes walk from Branksome station, literally between Bournemouth and Poole town centres. There are main bus routes, shops and a good gym all within an easy walk.

There are a few parking spaces on our driveway and plenty of on street free parking around.

We have the last rooms available from £725 per calendar month with all the bills and a weekly cleaner included. Rent is paid calendar monthly on 1st, deposit £700, tenancy starts in February 2025.
