DOUBLE ROOM (single occupancy)

The good-sized room offers comfortable accommodation and comes with bedroom furniture comprising wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and mattress.
You would be sharing the communal bathroom with tenants from 2 other rooms, which includes a shower, basin and toilet.
The communal kitchen provides cooking facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available (metered).
There is a communal garden at the rear of the property and a driveway at the front, which offers off-street parking (normally for 2 cars) which is available to all tenants based on a “grab it when you can” basis! Street parking also available.
WiFi is provided free of charge.

Deposit required: £575 to be paid 1-2 weeks prior to the moving in date
Rent: £575 per month to paid upfront so to cover the month ahead

For clarification, the very first payment due prior to moving in will be the £575 deposit plus £575 for the first month’s rent, and then rent payments will be due on the same date every month thereafter.

The only additional charge is for personal electric usage in your own room which will be metered and is usually minimal.
All other bills are included.

No babies, children or pets (due to the legalities and nature of the HMO)
No smoking inside the property, but in the garden is okay.
