We have lovely quiet double room for a single working professional aged 35+ to rent in Branksome/Poole area. Fully furnished with shared Bathroom with shower, Kitchen and Dining Room.

We are a mature couple and ideally looking for a mature working person who will fit into our household this is very important to us.

The house is a large detached property in a convenient and quiet location opposite Branksome Recreation Ground. A short 15-minute walk to Branksome train station (with connections to London), with a 10-minute drive to central Poole or Bournemouth town centre. Alder Road local shops are within a 5-minute walk away there is also a large Sainsburys within 10-minutes.

The Room is fully carpeted and equipped with wardrobe with shelves, bedside table, small double bed with mattress, computer desk with USB connections and access to free fast broadband and TV. The room also comes with its own lock for added security.

Use of the modern fully equipped kitchen with Range Cooker, Microwave and dishwasher. They also have access to the garden. We will supply cooking pans, plates, glasses, bowls etc. We do not provide Laundry Facilities but there is a Launderette within walking distance.

Fast free fibre optic wireless broadband. The house benefits from private garden.

All bills are included but there is no access to house phone.
