Room to rent in whole house in Branksome

Hi There, I'm shortly looking to let a room out in my 2 bed house in Branksome. I'm not going to be there much, so you'd have a lot of space available. I'm looking to see what interest there is in renting 1 of the rooms out, and I'll get pictures up shortly.
The place is part furnished, sofas, working appliances, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. and I'm looking to get a double bed for the room.
Large paved garden, close to Ashley Rd, walking distance to the train station and bus links.
I need to work on the exact cost for the rent, but it will include most bills.
Hoping to find someone respectful and happy with me doing odd bits of painting & decorating in return for a large house for a reasonable price
