Large double room to rent in home with big garden

We have our large spare double bedroom available to rent. It has recently been redecorated, giving it a fresh and cozy feel. The bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden and the bathroom directly next door to the bedroom is rarely used by us (only occasionally to give our baby a bath), so the lodger would have almost exclusive use of this as we have our en-suite for ourselves.

Living in the house is myself and my partner, we are both working professionals and we have our baby who has recently turned 1.

My partner and I would love to find someone who is easy going, friendly & tidy who we can share our space with. Of course, our baby is our priority so it is vital we also find someone who we feel fully comfortable being around our baby - who is a very happy, sociable and funny little boy.

We have a large 100ft long garden which we have recently renovated. This is where we spend a lot of time ourselves and with the baby, as well as in his play area next to the dining space. The front room we have kept more for adult only use as a space to relax.

We would love to meet people and show them around so we can see how the space would work for them and get a feel for how we might all get along together. I’ve personally had a few lodgers in the past when I lived in my previous property, and I’ve had some fantastic experiences and made lifelong friends along the way, so I’m hopeful to meet someone new who we can get along well with and live harmoniously together :)
