Hey, I'm Rob (live in landlord), 26. I've just spent the last 4 years living with friends in my house as co-owners, and now they are moving out of the area but I'm still here!

I'm looking for young professionals who are sociable, have interests and have a good sense of humour.

I like a clean and tidy household, but am very easy going and relaxed. It's important to get on with who you live with, so ideally looking for someone who's also open to making new friends and socialising together.

I'm a business owner for a marketing agency, a national level trampoline/gymnastics coach, and an ex GB Trampolinist myself, so often am out of the home Monday - Friday 8am-8pm.

🏡About the house:

The house is a modern refirb which me and my friends (co owners at the time) renovated together.

We have a large dining/area with an open plan kitchen, pool table, table tennis table and games corner.

Free use of the large office (I mostly work from my office at work so this is usually free).

Separate bathroom and toilet.

Outside BBQ area.

Outside garage available to be used (and inside attack space available for storage).

Outside decking area.

Greenhouse (growing competition?!).

En road parking directly outside readily available.

Located in Branksome, with lots of green space in close proximity. Within a 10m drive to Bournemouth and Branksome beaches, and just over 10m from Poole Town Centre, and 7min from Ashley Cross.
