Double room + ensuite + private living room option

My housemate returned to Spain after 10 years living, so I have a HUGE place (2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room + 5 bedrooms) that is too much for me on my own. I'm ideally looking for to the bedroom, ensuite & private living room / office on own level of the house, especially if someone works from home, so they have own private space within the house beyond just bedroom / bathroom.

I am looking for a super-chilled housemate, who likes dogs (I have a little cockapoo called Lola) and who is tidy & quiet. This is kind of a "unicorn" search, I suspect, as my last housemate was super cool but just some details about me, to help with the search.

About the house / room:

It's a huge house with large rooms throughout decorated in New York loft style + Scandi decor. My office / recording studio, I'd limit access for myself, as there is a lovely living room that would be shared. Large garden with a variety of BBQs + ponds + a summer room for autumn / summer evenings outdoors.

The house has been designed for outdoor living, with bi-fold doors off the dining room / kitchen with decked areas and outdoor cooking / dining areas.

The HUGE bedroom on 3rd level of house (25+m2) can be private living room + office for home working, which in addition to the en-suite bedroom, which would be an additional £275 per month but it would mean you would have something like 50m2 of your own private space within the house (so only the downstairs kitchen would need to be shared).

About me:

I'm American born to German / Finnish parents who has lived most of his life in UK. I enjoy tennis, snowboarding holidays, kitesurfing, music production / DJing, occasional table football, talking business theory, cooking (especially new dishes) & generally chilling out. I retired early in life after being involved in dot. com development. During the summer I do LOTS of BBQing (American style, as in with offset smokers / Big Green Egg BBQs).

I have a long-term girlfriend & daughter in Dorchester, who I visit normally for 1-2 days per week or they come over here. Somethings you might find "a challenge" - I don't drink, really don't like football and enjoy chatting about something meaningful rather than just "sh1t talk" (that is the Finnish side of me, I guess).

Happy to start talking with people to find out if there might be a good match for a housemate but no rush on this, at all. :)
