Bright Double Room in Lovely House

I have a double bedroom available in my home in parkstone for a house share (live in landlady).

The room has been recently redecorated and is on the ground floor. It is furnished (double bed, bookshelf, wardrobe and chest of drawers) and has a separately located bathroom on the ground floor as well.

The house is located within easy travel links to Bournemouth and Poole and a short walk to local shops. There is on road parking available for a car as well.

I am a mature lady who works full time and ideally looking for an easy going, clean person with a good sense of humour. I have 2 long haired cats who are very friendly so a cat lover is a must! I am a keen gardener and the garden is complete with dining set and bbq for enjoyable summer evenings.

All bills are included and the room also has a virgin media tv box as well as wifi. The house is professionally cleaned once a week and has a washer dryer and dishwasher. I also have 1 double and 1 single guest bedroom which would be available to use free of charge for family and friends visiting.
