I am advertising a lovely double room in a quiet residential area of Parkstone.

I live in a 5 bedroom detached house and am looking for a professional person, any age, who is easy going, clean and tidy.

The bedroom and bathroom are both newly refurbished clean and modern.

The house has a large garden and there is plenty of parking.

There is free superfast WIFI, washing
machine, tumble dryer and cable TV.

It is a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest train station, or 8 minutes to the main bus route from Poole to Bournemouth with buses every 5 minutes. We are situated approximately half way between Poole and Bournemouth town centres.

There is a garage suitable for bikes but not cars.
