The current housemates are mid 20's, who get along well – similar age for new sharer preferred, and must be in full-time employment.

The house is close to Ashley road, major bus routes and is conveniently located between Bournemouth and Poole. Bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, etc). There is 50mb wireless broadband and parking is unrestricted on road outside.
