Double room in quiet house in ideal location

Double bedroom available in quiet house in Branksome. Two minutes walk to train station and main bus routes or 5 minutes if you're slow! On road parking, wifi, large garden and shared amenities. One lazy black cat who loves people. Looking for a professional person with a good sense of humour who just wants to share a house. If you think that might be you, give me a shout.

Ideally I would like someone who works full-time and is happy to just get on with life. I must be honest I'm not keen on the idea of sharing my home with someone who will stagger in at 3am a bit the worse for wear. (Been there, done that, mopped the vomit up!)
