We have a lovely single room to rent in our house with a brand new bed and mattress, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table.
we don't have any pets just fish but they don't bite!
Ideal for a student or someone visiting the area.
Price includes:
Household bills
WIFI
Use of the washing machine, washing tablets and softener.
Duvet, pillows, duvet covers and towels if you like.
You are welcome to use the food and drink we have in the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch.
We have a lovely garden for sitting and soaking up the sun, no smoking in the house please!
Short or long term is fine.
Deposit is £100 and a week's rent up front.
we are 5 minutes from a Waitrose, Co-op, Iceland, cafes and other shops, the bus stop at the top of our road will get you to Bournemouth or Poole in 10 minutes.
