Comfortable Room in Modern Detached House

I'm looking for someone to occupy one of the spare rooms in my new home in Poole. The whole house is bright and airy, neutrally decorated with a recent kitchen. The house is located in Talbot Village, close to the university; The village centre is 5 minutes walk and the shops at Wallisdown 10 minutes away. Bournemouth town centre is less than 15 minutes away by Bicycle. Poole town centre, a bit further.

The room has built-in wardrobes, drawers and desk. Other furniture can remain, or be removed to make way for your own as preferred. I tend to use the en-suite, so the family bathroom would for 95% of the time, be at your sole use.

The only extra bills would be for gas and electric which from the information I have would be approximately £30/month

You would have full shared use of the garden and ground floor (kitchen, living room, dining room and cloakroom) and cable broadband by wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

I'm looking for an easy going, sociable, reasonably tidy individual, I appreciate there isn't always time to completely tidy up after oneself straight away, but it would be appreciated if things are straightened up after a day or so. I do a slightly extended 9-5 job and cycle to work when I can. I'm not very good at sitting still for too long and would rather be doing something, so often out and about at least one day of the weekend. Also, as I've not long moved in, I will be doing a few decorating jobs around the house, but only one room at a time, and not without breaks in-between!
