A chest of drawers, small book shelves, shoe rack and Clothes rail. Large window over looking a beautiful spacious Garden. There is off street parking as well as a secure shed for bicycles.

You will have full use of kitchen, separate open plan dining area, and the Living/TV room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer; Dishwasher; Gas hob & Oven; a Washing machine and separate Dryer.

The apartment is located in leafy Branksome Park within 10 minutes walk from the award winning beaches of the Bournemouth & Poole area. Great for enthusiastic walkers or runners. Westbourne and Canford Cliffs Villages are within 10 to 15 minutes walking time, where you will find access to all the main bus routes into both Bournemouth and Poole. Branksome train station also provides excellent main line rail connections to various destinations including London & Southampton Airport.

The area is a vibrant residential area with cafes, restaurants, independent shops close by. There are swimming pools & gyms, along with beautiful beaches and Forest walks.
