Hi there! I have a double en-suite bedroom, located just outside Westbourne, 15 minute walk to the beach! It’s available from the 1st May 2024. All bills are included, the room can be either furnished or un-furnished. The flat has WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. Open plan kitchen into lounge with a south facing balcony which is a dream with summertime! There is also off road parking which is less than a two minute walk from the flat. I’m located within walking distance of Westbourne or Penn Hill and Bournemouth only being 10 minutes away by transport.
