I've lived in the flat for 2 and a half years with my partner who is moving out to go travelling. It's a great flat and i'm looking for a new flat mate to move in. Rent is £525. With bills it’s no more than £700 all in.

I'm a full-time working professional working away from home working 12 hour shifts. Landlord is very good and accommodating. I'm looking to move out in 6 months but I know the letting agent the property is managed by will look to extend as landlord lives abroad.
