My house is a semi detached 3 bed property in a very quiet village location, 2 minutes from the open forest set in the heart of a village and 10 minutes from the sea

There are two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, one with a shower and the other bath. The current arrangement is your bathroom is next to your room which is the upstairs bathroom with a bath..

There is a lovely outdoor space with a very nice garden which backs onto woods which is very peaceful and tranquil. Decking, with garden seating furniture and a patio set for dining plus a large BBQ. There is lots of space for quiet relaxation, and a couple of bikes in the garage, if you fancy a bike ride to the forest which is less than 2 minutes away.

Two local pubs within walking distance , and local shops, 2 doctors real village life, stunning.

Looking for a professional person, it can be on a Mon - Fri basis or full time, just has to be someone easy to get on with, respectful and friendly. Happy to make suitable arrangements for the right person. You will need to be clean, tidy and respectable. Want someone who works hard and appreciates the downtime, I have a home that I love and want someone who cares about where they stay. Would suit a single person rather than a couple. I like friendly chatty folk with a healthy dose of enjoying their own space too....

Easy access to A338, with connections in and out of Bournemouth. Not far from Bournemouth Airport and Christchurch town centre, also close to Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan. You will need a car as public transport is not that frequent. Christchurch hosts many seasonal festivals with Mudeford quay hosting its own fairs in the summer months so lots to do and see.
