Ground floor king-size room in New Forest

We have a large home and it's now just the two of us. We're a fully active retired couple who love life!

For the right person, we are offering the use of three ground floor rooms which consist of; king-sized bedroom overlooking a cottage garden. Separate living room/study (suitable person would have sole use of this in the evenings), and an en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath). Parking would either be on road (it's a quiet road) or shared use of our driveway which has CCTV security. The cottage garden would be available for use but would be shared with our occasional Air BnB guest (separate dwelling for one person only).

The location is idyllic and quiet. There are no street lights! Short walk into open forest and just 15 mins drive from Ringwood or Christchurch. Bournemouth about 20 mins. Southampton 35 mins.

We have a large family and friends who visit regularly at weekends and love our grandchildren hence WE WANT MON-FRI GUEST ONLY (i. e.4 nights) so as to avoid disturbing the right applicant. Sorry but it's just for one person too - no couples.

Weekly cleaning of bedroom and bathroom is also included. Plus all bed linen and towels provided. There is a double wardrobe and two bedside cabinets for guest clothing etc.

We would be around during the daytime and most evenings. We are looking for someone who is likely to be out working during the daytime.

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER MON-FRI and professional, non-smoker only.

Sorry but we don't want someone who needs a permanent home... someone working away who wants a lovely place to come back to is our ideal guest. Thank you for understanding.
