Location/amenities: house is in picturesque Hampshire village of Bransgore on south west edge of New Forest and 15 mins to the coast. Village has population of 4500 and good range of local amenities including 3 pubs, GP surgeries, post office, pharmacy, bakery, greengrocers, take-away etc.

Leisure: The house is one mile from the open New Forest and ideal for walkers, cyclists and wildlife lovers.

Transport and access: you will need your own transport to live here. Easy road commute to Christchurch (15 mins), Bournemouth Hospital (20 mins), Bournemouth Airport (20 mins), Bournemouth and Lymington (both 30 mins).

Share with: employed professional owner occupier (male), one lodger (male, forties, professional) and adult son who visits on alternate weekends. Pet cat lives here too so this accommodation would not fit if you are allergic to cats/ animals.
