The house is very conveniently located to both the bus stop (1 minute walk) and Upwey train station (10 minute walk). There is also free parking outside the house which is a quiet street just off the Dorchester road.
Bills are included but you will need to contribute to the broadband as one of the tenants already pays the bill and it is split between you all, approximately £10 each.
