We converted our garage this summer with the view of doing holiday lets, but never got round to it, so here we have available a brand new furnished annexe. Bedding and towels are provided. Heating is by electric plug in radiators. Washer / dryer in main garage adjacent to annexe. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave and mini fridge can also be provided if required.

Set in the heart of Canford Cliffs Village, just 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants etc.

Private entrance and off street parking. Access to rear terrace with outdoor sink. The main garden is for our use only.

We live in the main property with our two daughters and small friendly dogs, so are looking for a tenant who is quiet, clean and friendly. Our house is currently on the market, so access to the annexe will be required at times, and the space must be kept tidy.

Would suit a business professional or a student looking for a short term rental.

Long term could be considered, with an agreement of a months notice should the property sell during your stay.
