We have a double room to rent in a substantial detached house located in the desirable BH13 area (Canford Cliffs Road). The house includes a dining room, lounge with open fire, BBQ-ready south facing garden, 3 bathrooms, cellar with pool room and a double garage for bikes, surf boards and storage. The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished and the property benefits from a new boiler, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are plenty of safe parking spaces on-road or on a drive at the rear of the property.

The house is within crawling distance to Jenkins & Sons in Pen Hill for evening drinks and equally as close to Bennetts Bakers for a good Sunday morning coffee. It’s a short run / walk down to Branksome Beach through the pretty Branksome woods.

One of our housemates has purchased a house so their room will be available. We are in no rush to fill it but are now looking for a suitable replacement - Available late July / early September.

We are looking for young professionals or mature students. A male is preferred to keep the ‘balance’ but as long as you are friendly, clean and tidy either sex is fine. Someone willing to join us for evening drinks, weekend breakfasts, household BBQs, beach trips for a paddle board or summer nights on the water would be great!

We're currently 2 girls and 2 guys in our 20's and 30's working in Engineering, Tech and Marketing - One of the guys will shortly be leaving!

£500.00 per month + A share of house bills that currently total around £130.00.
