Hey, my and my boys Arlo and Odin (dogs) are looking at moving into a 2 bed house in the Poole/wimborne/upton area. I will be taking on a tenancy with the understanding of having a second person move in.
Minimum term 6 months to coincide with the tenancy, extensions to be discussed at time of tenancy renewal. If at the end of 6 months you wish to leave, I’d ask for a months notice to organise someone taking over the part tenancy of the room.
