Cerne Abbas Dorset 2 Rooms

I am a live in landlord frequently away on business with an extra 2 bedrooms (single and double) for rent in Cerne Abbas. council tax and Broadband are included, but all other bills require a contribution to cover usage. Nice large private garden, parking in the close and whilst I am away on business (basically Mon to Friday) the main drive can be used for parking. Fully furnished, communal kitchen, and sitting room and conservatory and outdoor seating. I am frequently away on business I have a spaniel, but I do not want anyone with pets. Open fire, big TV and BBQ space outside. I will be able to show people round at the start of July 2025. A 5 week deposit and the first months rent (or 2 weeks rent depending on contract selected) will be required, x3 months wage slips, photo ID, previous landlord references in order to complete a full tenant check; I am an NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) member and contracts are drawn up iaw the NRLA regulations, deposits are placed with the TDA.
