Living in the house is a single working male aged 60.
The house has a large kitchen with two spacious lounge area.
The house is made up of 3 bedrooms 2x double one single.

Room to rent is a spacious double room with cupboard with rail and draws enclosed. The room currently has a set of draws, a double bed and a smart TV.

The house has a new modern bathroom.

There is a large garden to the rear of the property with decking and astroturf as well as a spacious private drive to the front of the property.

The rent has been reduced due to the landlords work commitments and help with the dog when he is away is required. The landlord works a 3 week on 3 week off rota and works away which means you would have the house to yourself for 3 weeks out of every 6, sometimes this changes depending on his work schedule. For the 3 weeks the landlord is away it would be a requirement that you are happy to care for the dog. There is family around who can help.

Norman is an 8 year old White German Shepard and is an incredibly kind natured and gentle dog who like to have lots of company. Norman does attend doggy day care a few days a week but will require regular walks.
