Large Double Bedroom in Chickerell

I have one large double room available, with shared kitchen, living room and Garden. Free parking available or, near by regular bus routes. You’ll have your own shower available however, the bathroom is shared.
The entire flat has been recently been decorated/ renovated so, I would expect the occupant to treat my home with respect by ensuring it is kept tidy and clean. All bills are included.

I live with two friendly house cats, so the occupant will need to enjoy the company of animals. I am away usually every other weekend as well which will give you the opportunity to have the flat to yourself. I would discourage large gatherings at the flat but would not object to friends visiting as long as I am made aware.
The stay will be a maximum of 4 months as I plan to move away at the end of the year.
