Single room in house

Hi
The room is furnished with a bed (which has 3 large storage drawers) and a desk. I can take the desk out and replace with a wardrobe if preferred. Living-room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Bathroom (shower and bath) is downstairs and the toilet is upstairs. There is a large garden with seaview and parking on the street out the front. I'm next to a bus stop and shops. Looking for a professional who is clean and tidy!
