Large single room within friendly 3-bed house. Occupants are 2 adult females. Bed, bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside unit provided, although can be removed if unfurnished is preferred.
Shared use of lounge, kitchen, bathroom, garden and all standard amenities (tumble dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, wifi, etc) and plenty of parking.
Quiet edge of village-style area but only 2 1/2 miles to town centre and all essential facilities 2 minutes walking distance in village (bus route, doctors, spar shop, chemist, pubs, etc).
No smoking allowed indoors, but no preference on smokers or non-smokers.
Must be clean and tidy in communal areas. £349 p/m with bills included, or £300 p/m for weekdays only. No DSS.
