Single Room to let in chickerell, weymouth

Single room in 4 bed house to rent. Available from 4th of september. We are a married couple looking for a tenant to allow us to put away some savings. We have a 1 year old so new tenant needs to be aware may be some occasions where he will wake in night. We are close to main bus route into town and not far from train station and local amenities. we are located near the grandby estate. We have pets (2 cats and a dog) so new tenant must like animals. We have wifi and sky downstairs but if new tenant would like sky in their room, they will need to pay the install cost to have it. We are moving house so short term let at small cost. Likely to be 3 months and then month by month until we have a moving date.
