Location is a 5 minute walk to Christchurch Railway station, plenty of buses, and a 10 minute walk into Christchurch town centre and the Quay. There is always something going on, from weekly pub quiz to live music. Close enough to walk to pubs, wine bars, a friendly gym, Urban Gym. Also Christchurch sports centre is a 5 minute drive.

Hengisbury Head is walkable as is the beach or St Catherine's Hill. The New Forest is a short drive.

Location is a quiet street with plenty of on road parking. Corner shops nearby, and a of variety of places to eat, if you don't fancy cooking.
