A freshly painted let with bat and new leather two piece suite. Ground floor, two room, lounge and bedroom with separate access to kitchen. Bills included and fast wifi connected with garden access. Bathroom on same floor. Kitchen is shared but is clean, and boasts a range cooker, microwave, double sink, washing machine and new fridge freezer.

The property is close to local nature reserve, beach, supermarkets and local bus routes. It is a short walk to Christchurch town which plays host to seasonal festivals.

About a 20 to 25 minute commute to Bournemouth by car so not out of the way for those working there there is also a good train service which takes about 10 minutes or so.

Would suit a couple and, although we are not adverse to smokers we do require you to not smoke in the house.

The landlord lives on site and undertakes all maintenance.
