Unfurnished double room with large built in wardrobes available, in a newly refurbished detached house. There is a clean open, easy to access loft space with plenty of storage for use if required. Lodger gets exclusive use of main bathroom with bath and shower.
The property is less than a 5 minute walk from Christchurch train station and a 10 minute walk from the town.
I don't have a TV license but I'm happy for you to get one if you watch TV.
Shared use of a clean Kitchen, lounge and garden with patio.
Looking for a respectful, trustworthy lodger with good standards of cleanliness.
Must be happy to share space with a recently acquired kitten called Kevin!
I could possibly source a bed for the room if required.
