The room is self contained with shared bathroom
There is a fully fitted kitchen iwith all usual mod cons washing machine
There is a fridge/freezer in the lodgers lounge
Large garden with swimming pool.
The bathroom would be shared with myself only. It has a bath with shower over.
The bungelow is situated not far from Blackwater junction so easy access to Spur Road, Wessex Way and Bournemouth Airport.
There is a local Beauty spot round the corner called St Catherines Hill, with lots of lovely paths to walk.
References from landlord and work will be needed.
A deposit of £250 and one month rent in advance needed
