Prof. Lodger Wanted - sunny bedroom/lounge/kitchen

I am looking for a non smoking professional lodger who works
Monday - Friday
9-5 shifts (Not shift workers)
Lovely sunny room with very comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet, two chests of drawers, large wardrobe and desk/table and a smart TV/DVD player

There is also a separate kitchenette/lounge for the lodger
(With oven, hob, microwave/kettle)
If You are looking for full time the rent will be
£450.
You must still be working Monday to Friday 9-5 hours.
I am preferably looking for a
Monday to Friday only lodger (5 nights) working 9-5 hours and the rent will be £375.
All bills included - Gas, electric, water broadband etc

Children occasional visits/stays welcome

Single person household (no overnight guests)

The room is fully furnished and fully self sufficient with very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, small desk/table.
Smart TV and DVD player.
It is a double room but for single occupancy.
I would prefer a Monday - Friday lodger and the cost would be reduced to £375 for 5 nights
The room is £450 for a full time lodger.
Either way you must be working between the hours of 9-5 Monday - Friday please, no shift workers.
The house is situated not far from Blackwater junction so easy access to the Wessex Way, Spur Road and the A35
It is a short walk to local bus stops, also not too far from the railway station.

This room is strictly for a

No pets.
£250 deposit is needed
