Double Room in Christchurch

Double room to rent in a detached bungalow. Owned by myself and my partner, we’re just looking for a friendly and respectful lodger that can make use of the spare room. Currently unfurnished but happy to furnish it for the right person if needed.

Bungalow has been newly renovated head to toe in every room so very well presented. It’s shared bathroom but house is only two bedrooms so will only share with one person (myself).

Partner works away mon-fri so will just be us girls 😊 I’m sociable, friendly and like meeting new people. I work in events, so love being busy but also like a good night in. I have friends over quite a lot for dinner or movie/games nights etc. You’re of course invited also! There is plenty of on road parking around the house so parking isn’t an issue.

Council tax included, water/electric will be approx £30 per month additional based on fair usage.
