Partially furnished Double room- 590 a month

My name is Amber, I rent a 2 bedroom flat with 1 double bedroom available. As my room has an en-suite the main bathroom would be for the second bedroom, although guests may use this as it situated in the hallway.
Very friendly, tidy, relaxed person aged 29 looking to flat share with like minded and respectful people. We would prefer to not live with children/babies.

The house is close to amenities, such as 15 minute walk to Avon beach, close to Hinton admiral which has direct trains to London. It has a bike shed for extra garage storage which is locked with a code lock.

The kitchen is a shared area. We have a washing machine and dishwasher. The double room comes unfurnished but there is a clothes rail that you may use if you wish to. The rest of the house is fully furnished and has no space to hold more furniture.

There is a shared garden and shared parking space although parking isn’t an issue down this road.
