Christchurch town centre is only a 10 min walk so access to work, bars and restaurants could not be simpler. The property is on a main bus route with a number of stops throughout the day. Bournemouth Airport is a 15 minute drive and is also on a bus route. The property can be allocated 2 x permits, these will be offered to tenants on a first come first served basis.
