2 lovely rooms in heart of Christchurch

Double room and single room available for short term rental (1 – 4 months) as house is on the Market. Both furnished – new beds, mattresses, and clean sheets, with drawers but note, no wardrobes but can get temporary hanging rails if required. Single room has desk and chair which can be removed if not needed.

If a sale goes through before 4 months, then roommate can move with me if necessary (will be within 2 miles of current address).

About me

I am a 54-year-old woman live and live alone and have 3 elderly cats and fyi I smoke so if this is an issue then the room is not for you.
I do not expect room mates to be perfect and silent, just respectful, and clean (especially when I am having viewings) and are in full time employment.
I am easy going and fun so would like similar qualities in persons sharing my house
Use of whole house including living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden with BBQ.
I work from home and sometimes have drinks and dinner with friends in or outside in the garden and you are welcome to do so also (or join us)
I fostered 2 young people with difficult backgrounds (now 21 and moved out) who visit often.
I am an avid cook so if I do cook then I would include you in dinners some days if you wanted.
About the property

Each tenant can have a fridge/freezer to themselves (I have 3) and a kitchen cupboard.
Bathroom is massive but all 3 of us will need to share – freestanding bath and modern shower.
Use of kitchen pots, pans and utensils, plus, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier (although would prefer you to use clothes dryers in garden if hot weather to save on bills
Broadband with Virgin included.
Airconditioning units in living room and in my own room which cools entire house when we have heatwaves.
The property has a bus stop at the end of the road to all Bournemouth locations and is a 5-minute walk to Christchurch train station with direct train to Waterloo, London.
Quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours and very peaceful location. Walking distance to Christchurch Quay and town centre. 5 -10-minute drive to Southbourne beach and Hengistbury head.
