Double Room with Ensuite

Double room with ensuite we currently letting short term (via airbnb), but would rather have a long term lodger.
We have recently redecorated the reception room adjacent to this room with a kitchenette. So you will have access to this on the floor your room is on. There is also a full kitchen on the floor above.
All bills including high speed internet and a weekly cleaner are included.
We have a small patio garden, but have a large gated communal park that we have access to.
There is a full utility with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a garage that can be used for bike storage etc.
We are a busy noisy household with a cat and a dog. Ideally looking for a professional.


We need to make some changes to make it suitable for a long term lodger (adding a wardrobe and chest of drawers etc). We would happily take the lodgers thoughts into consideration when doing this.
